ReelWithBilly is a fishing-focused community. By using the site, posting content, or joining The Pier, you agree to these Terms and to the community standards below.
Using ReelWithBilly
- You must follow these Terms, our Privacy Statement, and all applicable laws.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or use ReelWithBilly for unlawful activity.
Community Standards
- No political campaigning, political arguments, or culture-war bait.
- No religious arguments, proselytizing, or attempts to pressure other members over beliefs.
- No abusive, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or bullying language.
- No doxxing, stalking, impersonation, scams, spam, or sharing anyone else's private information without permission.
- No illegal content, sexually explicit content, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.
The Pier Rules
- The Pier is for fishing, boating, weather, gear, events, local conditions, and friendly community conversation.
- Do not flood the chat, troll, bait arguments, derail conversations, or repeatedly post unwanted content.
- Do not use The Pier to attack other members, start fights about politics or religion, or make the room hostile.
- People who break these rules can be warned, muted, suspended, or permanently banned from The Pier or the entire platform.
Your Content
- You keep ownership of the content you post, but you give ReelWithBilly permission to host, store, format, display, and distribute it within the service.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload your photos, videos, text, and other material.
- We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the community experience.
Moderation and Enforcement
- We may investigate reports, review relevant content and account activity, and take action with or without prior warning.
- Enforcement may include content removal, feature restrictions, chat bans, account suspension, or permanent account termination.
- Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate removal from The Pier and the rest of ReelWithBilly.
